Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage cybersecurity program activities across multiple teams.
• Establish and improve processes, workflows, and operating procedures to increase team efficiency.
• Track priorities, deliverables, milestones, and action items for program execution.
• Facilitate communication between cybersecurity teams, business units, leadership, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Organize and lead project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and roadblocks and coordinate resolution.
• Support planning, reporting, and governance activities for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, status reports, and program documentation.
• Drive accountability and follow-through across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure alignment between cybersecurity objectives and broader business goals.
