Cybersecurity Jobs is seeking an IT Cybersecurity Compliance Technical Associate to support cybersecurity compliance efforts, including risk assessment and control review activities. The role contributes to audit readiness by gathering evidence and supporting scalable governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) workflows as programs expand.

Location is Arlington, VA onsite with up to 10% travel. Bachelor’s degree is required, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.

Compensation: USD 56,000 - 94,000 per yearly

What Would Be Nice to Have

• Experience working in the Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) space
• Experience performing risk assessments or risk analysis
• Experience with compliance frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO, ITGC, HIPAA, and UK Cyber Essentials
• Exposure working with policies and procedures
• Experience working in cross-functional or distributed teams
