The IT Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and closing technology-related components of new construction, renovation, expansion, and relocation projects across the academic, research, clinical, and hospital enterprise. This position ensures that all information technology infrastructure, telecommunications, audiovisual systems, clinical technologies, security systems, and end-user computing requirements are effectively integrated into the design and construction process. The IT Construction Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between Information Technology, Facilities Planning & Development, Design & Construction, Clinical Operations, Research Administration, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure technology solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with institutional standards and healthcare regulations.
