Job summary
Novo Nordisk is seeking an IT Compliance Specialist at our Petersburg, VA site to ensure regulatory compliance of IT solutions and lead validation efforts. The role focuses on governance, documentation, and seamless project handover to operations.
Strong English communication and collaboration are essential. You will develop validation materials, perform risk analyses, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet quality and patient-safety standards while supporting Novo Nordisk's SMOL
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Science, or related field.
- 7+ years in IT compliance and 5+ years in Validation/Testing of IT solutions (pharma preferred).
- Excellent English communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain validation and qualification documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses for compliance issues.
- Provide guidance on validation requirements to project teams.
- Monitor and improve documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Oversee handover of projects to service operations with stakeholders.
- Lead IT compliance initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
