Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an IT Assurance and Compliance Analyst in Oklahoma City to help shape and maintain the IT control environment through SOX IT audits, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with IT and business owners.

You will work with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and leadership teams to strengthen controls, develop security policies, and drive remediation while staying current on frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, Auditing, or related discipline.
• 2+ years IT auditing, ITGC testing, IT consulting, or IT compliance.
• Experience leading meetings and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of SOX, COSO, COBIT, ISO 27001, DFARS 252.204-7012, and NIST SP 800-171.
• Ability to identify control gaps, assess risk, recommend solutions, and clearly communicate findings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead/Implementer preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries and end-to-end IT SOX programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT SOX compliance activities including walkthroughs, evidence collection, ITGC testing support, remediation tracking, and audit readiness.
• Support IT SOX audits, ISO 27001 assessments, and third-party reviews.
• Monitor remediation and action plans across Corporate and program enclaves.
• Develop and maintain security policies, system security plans, and control libraries.
• Collaborate with IT teams to strengthen SOX control performance.
• Assist with special IT compliance projects and process maturity initiatives.
• Stay current on evolving IT regulatory requirements (SOX, SEC, NIST).
