Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Technology Category Management.
• Experience managing large enterprise technology spend portfolios, ideally $50M+ annually.
• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, cloud, telecom, and technology services agreements.
• Strong contract negotiation experience, including MSA, SOW, licensing, professional services, and outsourcing agreements.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region sourcing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of technology supplier markets, pricing models, and contracting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier negotiations, competitive sourcing events (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs), and contract discussions.
• Negotiate and manage MSAs, SOWs, Licensing Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, and Outsourcing Contracts.
• Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders to drive sourcing initiatives and maximize value.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, risk, and governance activities.
• Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier capabilities to support strategic decision-making.

We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives across enterprise technology spend categories.

This is a procurement-focused role requiring strong experience in technology sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and category ownership. The ideal candidate will have managed large technology portfolios and possess a strong understanding of IT supplier markets, contracting standards, and sourcing best practices.

Key Responsibilities
