Job summary

IntePros Consulting is seeking an IT Services Capacity Planning Analyst to support the IT Infrastructure divisions. You will manage IT service capacity for tactical and strategic planning, monitoring utilization models, defining performance trends, and ensuring timely delivery of infrastructure to meet business demand.

Your responsibilities include designing capacity trend reports, translating technical requirements into financial forecasts, and analyzing supply chain patterns. The ideal candidate will have advanced IT performance management skills and experience with Excel and SAS.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills and proven experience in distributed IT Performance and Capacity Management.
• Advanced skills using Excel and SAS (preferred), and/or other statistical analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and delivery of standardized cost effective quality IT services.
• Design, develop and publish capacity trend reports depicting baseline utilization.
• Model forecasted utilization based on business and project demand forecasts.
• Gather and convert new demand into technical capacity requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical capacity models which meet service requirements.
• Translate technical capacity requirements into financial forecasts.
• Support multiple infrastructure service delivery tower's capacity management.
• Analyze and identify supply chain patterns, trends, constraints, and issues.
• Facilitate service and project capacity request escalations.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and judgment.
