Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years in enterprise business applications with leadership or program ownership.
• Strong ERP and enterprise integrations experience.
• Experience with governance, data management, access controls, and vendor management.
• Experience in aerospace/regulated environments preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, BI tools, workflow automation, and ALM preferred.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems and applications.
• Oversee the implementation, integration, enhancement, and lifecycle management of ERP and other critical business platforms.
• Partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, and other functions to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Strengthen data quality, reporting, system integrations, and application governance.
• Ensure business applications support security, compliance, access controls, and business continuity requirements.
• Lead and develop the business systems team while promoting accountability, collaboration, and exceptional internal customer support.
• Manage technology vendors, software licensing, contracts, budgets, and service performance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and workflow automation, to identify practical opportunities for business improvement.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of progressive experience implementing, supporting, or managing enterprise business applications, including significant leadership or program ownership.
• Strong experience with ERP systems, enterprise integrations, and complex business processes.
• Proven success leading system implementations, upgrades, migrations, process improvements, and organizational change.
• Knowledge of application governance, data management, access controls, vendor management, and IT service delivery.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, avionics, advanced manufacturing, or another regulated environment strongly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, business intelligence tools, workflow automation, and application lifecycle management preferred.
