Fusion Technology seeks a Security-cleared Business Systems Analyst in Clarksburg, WV for on-site work. You will gather user requirements, document workflows, and coordinate with stakeholders across OCIO and FBI divisions to support mobile IT device management and governance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years in IT service programs, with an active Top Secret clearance. Strong communication and testing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance is required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

• Collect, document, and assess user requirements for enterprise mobile IT solutions.
• Conduct functional testing of applications on FBI devices with MPO.
• Prepare and review portfolio briefings and IDC reports.
• Maintain records of application status and workflow for continuous monitoring.
• Develop project and communication plans for technology governance.
