  • Provide guidance, training, and support to associate and intermediate ERP analysts, helping strengthen team knowledge and application proficiency.
  • Develop and sustain proficiency across assigned applications and related technical areas, including cross‑training to support multiple business systems.
  • Participate in project meetings, collaborate with department members, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of background and professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with ERP systems or functional business applications, with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise: Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Functional application knowledge: Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, Finance, Enterprise Performance Management, or Payroll.
  • Application analysis and configuration: Ability to assess business requirements, translate them into application solutions, document design decisions, and support system enhancements.
  • Testing and troubleshooting: Experience validating application functionality, identifying defects or performance issues, resolving problems, and supporting reliable releases.
  • Process improvement skills: Ability to analyze business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical technology‑driven improvements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, functional stakeholders, and business partners at different organizational levels.
  • Project and change management: Ability to manage competing priorities, communicate risks and progress, and deliver work within defined scope and organizational standards.
