Qualifications

• Candidates should be working toward a BA or MBA with a major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, MIS, or equivalent; junior-level coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2.8 GPA.
• Preference for relevant coursework, certifications, internships, or campus involvement related to technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for technology solutions.
• Assist with process mapping and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support project teams with testing, user acceptance activities, training, and implementation.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Participate in projects focused on operational efficiency, data insights, and business transformation.
