Torrent is seeking an entry-level IT professional to join our IT team. Based in Kalispell, MT or remotely nationwide, this role supports the planning, development and implementation of technology-based solutions and provides technical support to internal and external end users.

Under close supervision, you will investigate issues, triage, diagnose, document changes, and assist senior analysts as needed. You will follow change management processes and contribute to the maintenance of system

Responsibilities

• Investigate, triage, diagnose, and resolve system issues for internal and external clients, coordinating with IT teams and suppliers as needed.
• Provide ongoing support until tickets are fully resolved.
• Analyze reported system issues to determine validity, severity, and reproduction steps.
• Assist Senior Analysts with requirements, functional specifications, and system enhancement documentation.
• Record changes made to existing systems and maintain support documentation.
• Support business and client needs and escalate findings as appropriate.
• Assist senior staff with client and user requirements gathering, status reports, release notes, and task planning.
• Follow change management processes, coordinate client requests and resources, manage outage notifications, and support weekly reporting of tickets.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team at Torrent.This role will be based in Kalispell, MT or can be performed Remotely Nationwide.

This position is for an entry-level professional individual contributor in Information Technology, working under close supervision. The role will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of technology- and process-based solutions This role will also provide technical support to internal and external end user clients of technology solutions.

We will count on you to:

The applicable base salary range for this role is $51,700 to $103,300.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
