In this role, you will translate complex requirements into actionable insights, drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders, and ensure systems run smoothly within a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between cross‑functional teams to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and workflow analysis sessions to uncover business needs.
• Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and interface designs.
• Investigate and resolve production issues in partnership with vendors and technical teams.
• Review system behavior, logs, and data flows to diagnose and support issue resolution.
• Contribute to testing efforts, including developing use cases and validating system functionality.
• Support multiple initiatives simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and occasional off‑hour needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 7+ years overall IS/IT experience.
• 5+ years application development experience.
• 5+ years experience working with third‑party vendors.
• Prior experience working with offshore personnel is a plus.
• Project management experience is a plus.
