Welltower is seeking an IT Auditor to join the internal audit team in evaluating IT controls and supporting Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance. The role includes planning, executing audits, and assisting with risk assessment across business segments and locations.

The candidate will work with the team to identify issues, propose corrective actions, and ensure best practices in internal audits. Travel up to 10–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT general controls (ITGC) and IT application controls (ITAC).
• Ability to review evidence and assess design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and audit planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide assurance over financial reporting integrity by evaluating ITGC and ITAC.
• Review evidence and develop conclusions on control design and effectiveness.
• Assist IT audit manager with planning, staff training, and report preparation.
