Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an IT Audit, Cybersecurity & Risk Manager (HITRUST) to join a dynamic Risk Advisory practice. The role focuses on helping clients assess risks, implement controls, and navigate evolving regulatory requirements while leveraging deep industry knowledge in IT, governance, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree
• Five (5) years of experience
• CPA, CISA, CCSFP or CISSP designation(s) required

Responsibilities

• Work closely with client executives and management teams to understand their businesses and identify and manage risks
• Develop in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses and industries through direct client interaction on engagements
• Think independently and strategically about client operations, systems and risks to provide improvements
• Provide strategic business advice by implementing new processes and controls addressing key risks
• Assess, manage and optimize IT risk across cybersecurity, IT governance, compliance and business continuity
• Review processes and controls against industry frameworks and communicate gaps and recommendations
• Draft executive summaries and final reports in line with internal audit methodologies
• Act as a trusted advisor and build relationships for superior client service
• Deliver effective presentations to internal and external audiences
• Grow knowledge across diverse technology environments and tools
• Assist with engagement staffing, billing/collections and profitability targets
• Network and develop relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Invest in professional development through firm learning programs
