Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking an IT Audit Manager to lead complex technology-focused audits across North America. The role emphasizes automation of IT audit activity, data analytics, and a strong risk and control mindset within Internal Audit.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve controls, provide assurance, and drive efficiencies. Candidates should have at least 5 years in IT audit or related fields, experience in a Big Four environment, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Combined business and technology experience with risk and controls.
• Experience in Big Four or equivalent large organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises audit staff and coaches junior team members.
• Assess technology projects, applications and IT operations for risk.
• Develop testing strategies and automated testing approaches.
