Job summary

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an IT Audit Consultant to join the Security Governance, Risk and Compliance function. The role focuses on supporting audit and compliance activities with strong stakeholder communication and rigorous evidence workpapers.

Location is 100% remote in the EST Zone, with pay range $70-$80 per hour on W2. The ideal candidate will have five years of IT/Internal Audit experience in a large professional services environment and relevant certifications such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years of IT Audit or Internal Audit experience.
• Experience creating and reviewing IT Audit or Internal Audit workpapers.
• Experience analyzing IT and security policies to evaluate compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to brief senior leadership.
• CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide audit support by translating audit requests, collecting and reviewing audit evidence, and coordinating with auditors.
• Manage the end-to-end audit process for auditees, including consultation with auditees and helping refute potential audit findings when appropriate.
• Develop and document a plan of action and milestones to successfully remediate internal audit findings.
• Forge and nurture trust-based relationships with auditors and business stakeholders through proactive, transparent communication.
• Provide issue management expertise to an issue management team for issues generated from audits, including supporting the issue lifecycle.

What’s the Job?

• Provide audit support for teams undergoing audits by translating audit requests, collecting and reviewing audit evidence, and coordinating with auditors.
• Manage the end-to-end audit process for auditees, including consultation with auditees and helping refute potential audit findings when appropriate.

What’s Needed?

• Experience creating and reviewing IT Audit or Internal Audit workpapers, with strong attention to evidence quality and documentation.
• Demonstrated expertise managing the complete issue lifecycle using analytical skills and strong stakeholder management to mitigate identified risks/issues.
• Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and assess IT and security policies to evaluate compliance with policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly brief senior leadership, along with problem-solving, analytical thinking, and independent judgment; audit support to auditees is preferred.
• CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are strongly preferred
