Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain complex operational software configuration controls and system interfaces.
• Maintain file servers, Firewalls, network access and security monitoring systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system anomalies to ensure optimum performance.
• Prepare systems for operational use and support tests and accreditation packages.
• Notify customers of changes affecting authorization accreditation.
• Provide cybersecurity coordination on all evidence that makes up the authorization package.
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement countermeasures to protect information systems.
• Perform system administration tasks including VTC, account management, Help Desk, and patching.
