Job summary

Snelling Staffing DFW is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Dallas. Shift is Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm with full-time, $20.00/hr pay. You will manage IT asset processing, inventory, and logistics, ensuring data wiping and proper custody from inbound receipt to final disposition.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years warehousing experience, familiarity with ITAD or electronics recycling, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong organization and data-tracking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience required.
• Experience in a recycling electronics facility is a plus.
• Experience in ITAD, electronics recycling, or reverse logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience with inventory or asset tracking systems.
• Pallet Jack experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and chain-of-custody awareness.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, shipping software).

Responsibilities

• Warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, processing, data wiping and shipping IT assets.
• Ensure proper chain-of-custody and asset tracking for all inbound equipment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate inventory in asset tracking systems.
• Oversee pallet staging, storage layout, and warehouse organization.
• Ensure data-bearing devices are routed correctly for data destruction.
• Monitor productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure safe operation of pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment.
• Assist with customer pickups, truck loading, and unloading.
• Experience using PC and computer skills required.
