Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a detail-focused technician to manage inventory requests and ship products. You will handle returns, maintain depot organization, and ensure safety and fire code standards are followed. Collaboration with ServiceNow CMDB Lead is required to keep records updated.

The role requires familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls and wireless APs, plus participation in team meetings and timely response to Teams messages.

• Administer local depot/warehouse to include inventory, packaging, shipping and receiving.
• Keep hardware storage area neat and orderly, with fire code and safety as primary concern.
• Work with ServiceNow CMDB Lead to update and maintain records within ServiceNow CI Database.
• Basic understanding of standard network hardware (Router, Switch, Firewall, Wireless AP) is essential.
• Attend project or team meetings.
• Respond to Teams messaging or emails.

Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $21.75 - $29.00 per hour , unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
