Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Beachwood, OH, seeks an IT Asset Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and recondition company computing devices—laptops, desktops, kiosks, and iOS devices. You will ensure quick turnaround, maintain component inventory, and follow standardized repair processes.

We value hands-on hardware repair experience, familiarity with Windows 10/11, Office, imaging/recovery, and a high school diploma with IT training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary IT training or hands-on experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows 10/11, including imaging and recovery.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on hardware repair experience.
• Experience replacing internal components (screens, batteries, RAM, storage drives, keyboards).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition company computing devices (laptops, desktops, kiosks, iOS) with quick turnaround.
• Maintain component inventory and create standardized repair processes.
• Ensure devices are returned to full functional condition and properly documented.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of the IT Asset Repair Technician job is to diagnose, repair, and recondition company computing devices - primarily laptops, desktops, iOS devices, and kiosks - returning them to fully functional, working condition with quick turnaround, in addition to maintaining component inventory and creating and following standardized repair processes.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have some form of post-secondary IT technical training or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Must be familiar with the Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Windows 10/11, including operating system installation, imaging, and recovery.
• A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience repairing computer hardware, including laptops, desktops, kiosks, and mobile devices.
• Hands-on experience replacing internal components (screens, batteries, RAM, storage drives, keyboards) is required.
