Data Architecture Responsibilities:

1. Experience playing a leadership role in enterprise-wide Data Quality Management, Data Resource Management, Data Stewardship and/or Data Administration programs at a large company similar to Client.
2. Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as the SEI CMMI.
3. Master Data Hub architecture, data design and implementation.
4. Data Quality Management and Data Architecture standardization.
5. Metadata management, design and integration.
6. Data Warehouse architecture, data design and implementation.
7. ERP Data Architecture.
8. Proven analytical skills to properly evaluate and interpret cross-functional data standardization requirements.
9. Ability to resolve complex issues related to enterprise-wide data architecture concerns.
10. Ability to architect data management enterprise solutions that are in alignment with strategic technology roadmap and emerging industry trends.
11. Experience in Computer Systems Validation and Software Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Data Architect to assist with the development of:
1. A Data Management Process Framework and Capability Maturity Model.
2. Development of a quantitative maturity assessment/scoring model.
3. Execution of Data Management Capability Maturity Assessment for specific functional areas of the business.
2. Provide leadership in defining an enterprise information architecture including:
1. Data Architecture Process Standards.
2. Metadata Management Infrastructure Strategy.
3. Master Data Hub Technology Architecture.
4. Architectural Deliverables associated with Portfolio Management and SDLC.
5. Develop value-added, strategic solutions and share best practices throughout the organization and the architectural community.
6. Collaborate with Global Shared Service Governance teams to institutionalize policy, standards and project related architectural deliverables.
7. Facilitate agreement of Enterprise Architecture definitions with Global Shared Service partners.
8. Provide leadership and direction for the definition of an enterprise data architecture that supports the business information needs.
9. Communicate with team members and other stakeholders in a timely and effective manner to keep them apprised of data architecture status and relevant issues of interest to, and impact on, the clients and their business areas.

Technical qualifications will include:

1. Data Modeling.
2. Physical database design and database tuning expertise.
3. RDBMS skills.
4. SQL and PL/SQL experience.
5. Tool(s) proficiency such as ERWin, ETL (Informatica PowerCenter), Data Profiling, etc.

The Data Analyst (Mid Level) serves as a technical expert on assigned areas applications, including code, interfaces, and data flows.

Qualifications:

1. Full system development life cycle hands-on experience: analysis, designing, coding, testing, performance tuning and documentation.
2. Experience with process quality methodology.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent.
9. Minimum 4 years IT program development experience or equivalent.
