Job summary

Suntria is seeking an on-site Solar Installer in Lewis Center, Ohio to install roof-top solar arrays for residential projects.

You will pull inventory, assemble racking and modules, wire AC/DC systems, document installations, and ensure a clean, safe job site while providing great customer service.

The role offers piece-rate pay with earnings tied to completed systems, plus competitive benefits and a path toward company equity.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to work in extreme environments (hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc).
• Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Pulling inventory for each installation job.
• Assembling the racking and solar array.
• Layout and assembly of solar modules / array and mounting hardware.
• Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC).
• Document completion of completed installation.
• Clean up of job site.

If you have experience installing Residential Solar or related construction experience and know how to hustle we are looking for you. In this position the installer will install solar arrays on our customer’s roof top.
