Job summary

Full Visibility is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to join our team in Quantico, VA. Candidates must hold an active Top Secret clearance and be able to work on-site to support federal clients.

You will collaborate with customers to plan and implement security programs, assess RMF requirements, and guide action plans to protect mission-critical systems. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• 9+ years information assurance or cybersecurity with HS diploma or GED; or 5+ years with Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing security plans or ATO packages and assessing cybersecurity controls.
• Experience reviewing firewall logs and STIGs; RMF documentation.
• Ability to translate security concepts for clients and guide plan of action.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.
• Plan, analyze, develop, implement, maintain, and enhance information security programs and tools.
• Coordinate with ISSOs to meet interconnection, policy, and procedure requirements and keep documentation updated.
• Advise clients on encryption, vulnerability analysis, and security management standards to meet FISMA requirements.
• Translate security concepts for client decision-making and support mission-critical systems.
