Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Utah seeks an Information Systems Security Officer to join a team securing communications and IT systems. You will conduct RMF risk assessments, develop POA&Ms, map STIGs, and support accreditation efforts, while briefing leadership on vulnerabilities and remediation.

Requirements include 5+ years in information assurance or cybersecurity, ISSO experience, and a Secret clearance. Familiarity with ACAS/HBSS, eMASS, and a bachelor’s degree in IT are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in information assurance or cybersecurity.
• Experience serving as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO).
• Experience with ACAS, HBSS, and eMASS for security controls and artifacts.
• Ability to develop RMF packages, risk statements, and Plan of Action & Milestones.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments of systems and equipment.
• Create and map STIGs; submit POA&Ms and RMF documentation.
• Support RMF accreditations and vulnerability management.
• Brief leadership on security posture and vulnerabilities with remediation guidance.
• Collaborate with engineers and management to mitigate threats.
