Job summary

OneZero Solutions LLC is seeking an ISSO Lead for a fully remote position within the National Capital Region. The successful candidate will serve as the senior ISSO for the DT/EA/CST portfolio, oversee RMF artifacts, and mentor a team of IA analysts while coordinating with ISSM and AO/AODR.

The role requires an active SECRET clearance, US citizenship, and extensive RMF/NIST expertise. Availability for core hours and CST-day requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• Eight (8)+ years of ISSO or similar A&A experience.
• Active SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with 50+ FISMA information systems and RMF.
• CISSP or CISM certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio of consular systems with lifecycle status and ATOs.
• Lead RMF artifacts, risk reviews, and reporting to leadership.
• Oversee security operations contractors and remediation efforts.
• Direct risk scoring, POA&M, and continuous monitoring activities.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate cross-team projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field

Master's degree in a related field
