Job summary

NIWC Atlantic – E2S2 Program in Stafford, VA is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer / Cybersecurity Analyst to support RMF A&A activities and continuous monitoring for Marine Corps systems.

The role requires DoD cybersecurity experience, familiarity with eMASS and NIST 800-53, and active Secret Clearance. Hybrid/flexible work arrangement is offered to grow into senior responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have RMF experience with DoD processes and A&A activities.
• Experience with eMASS and system authorization.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53 controls and STIGs/SCC.
• Ability to manage POA&Ms and continuous monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF Assess & Authorize activities.
• Manage POA&M and continuous monitoring tasks.
• Work within eMASS to support system authorizations.
• Validate STIG compliance and security controls.
• Interpret DoD cybersecurity guidance and directives.
• Assist with cybersecurity documentation and policy development.
• Support zero-trust initiatives and enterprise cybersecurity efforts.
