Job summary

AFORGE LLC seeks an Information System Security Manager II (ISSM2) at NSWC Crane, Indiana (Contractor Site in Bloomington). The role requires active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret and involves governance, RMF authorization, security-control validation, and continuous monitoring for iPDM, IWS 5, and related systems.

You will author and review security plans and evidence, coordinate across system elements, and ensure DOD cybersecurity lifecycle compliance, including STIG

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or DoD equivalent.
• 3–5 years of validated ISSM experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Experience with RMF, STIGs, ACAS and SCAP.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF authorization and continuous monitoring per DoDI 8510.01.
• Develop and review security plans, evidence, POA&Ms, and authorization packages.
• Coordinate security activities across system elements and communicate risks to leadership.
• Assess proposed migrations into the authorization boundary and advise on risk.
