Job summary

Innovative Technologies Corporation is seeking an ISSM/Cybersecurity Analyst to support the DHA MST PMO in Orlando, Florida. The role is onsite and focuses on RMF/A&A, ATO decisions, and continuous monitoring across the MST PMO system portfolio.

Requirements include active DoD SECRET clearance, a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of cybersecurity/ RMF/A&A experience, and hands-on eMASS work. CDA accessibility and security control management are essential to ensure audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity, information assurance, RMF/A&A, or related fields.
• Experience as ISSM or in a DoD program/acquisition environment.
• DoD RMF and system authorization/reauthorization experience.
• Hands-on management of cybersecurity packages in eMASS.

Responsibilities

• Perform ISSM responsibilities for DHA MST PMO systems.
• Develop and coordinate RMF authorization/reauthorization packages.
• Manage security controls, evidence, assessments, POA&Ms, and approval workflows in eMASS.
• Coordinate with system owners, ISSOs, System Administrators, engineers, and Authorizing Official groups.
• Conduct or coordinate security-control assessments, vulnerability scans, STIG reviews, and remediation tracking.
• Support IAVM/IAVA compliance and continuous monitoring.
• Evaluate cybersecurity impact of system/config changes.
• Document findings and provide IATT/ATO recommendations.
• Maintain audit-ready cybersecurity documentation.
• Report cybersecurity risks and compliance gaps to Government.
