Job summary
Iron Will Ventures seeks an experienced Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to support Crane, Indiana operations. You will lead security for classified information systems, align with NISPOM, RMF, and DCSA guidance, and work with government and industry partners to ensure proper authorization, configuration, operation, and protection of critical systems.
The role requires hands-on development of security documentation, coordination with FSO/ISSOs, and direct involvement in security
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience.
- 3+ years of experience with classified systems.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Experience developing and maintaining SSPs, POA&M, RMF artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Act as principal technical/administrative authority for classified systems under NISP.
- Develop, maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, RMF artifacts and continuous-monitoring records.
- Coordinate security authorization with FSO, ISSOs, system owners, and government reps.
- Lead or support security-control and risk assessments, vulnerability remediation, and monitoring.
- Advise leadership and engineers on security architecture, risk, and compliant operating practices.
- Establish procedures for access control, logging, backup, and secure disposal of information.
