Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates with active TS/SCI clearance to support our federal contract work in information security engineering and operations.

The role emphasizes defense-in-depth, RMF procedures, and secure software/hardware integration across large IT programs. The position requires DoD 8570/IAT Level I or higher and extensive experience in security operations, SSP development, and policy enforcement for enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• 2 years within last 5 years directly related to Information Systems Security Engineering / Operations.
• Level 04 requires minimum 15 years of experience.
• Level 03 requires minimum 12 years of experience.
• Level 02 requires minimum 9 years of experience.
• Level 01 requires minimum 6 years of experience.
• Minimum of High School Diploma.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher.
• Experience as an ISSO/ISSE with defense-in-depth, network and enterprise security architecture.
• Experience applying NIST 800-53 RMF procedures.
• Familiarity with STE/STN requirements.
• Knowledge of security tools, hardware/software security implementation, and encryption techniques.
