Job summary

KARTHIK CONSULTING, LLC is seeking a Data Visualization / BI Developer to support ISR readiness analytics and dashboard modernization. You will refresh dashboards, manage releases, and align visuals with government requirements for accurate, usable data products.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and a salary range of $170,000–$190,000, with compensation determined by qualifications, contract requirements, and location. This is a full-time, on-site position in the National Capital Region.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years of dashboard development, BI, data visualization, UI/UX, or mission-data experience.
• Experience translating data products and analytic requirements into clear visuals.
• Experience validating outputs against source data and data quality checks.
• Ability to communicate dashboard concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain dashboard components and visualizations for ISR readiness analytics.
• Document release notes and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Translate feedback into dashboard views aligned with government formats.
• Coordinate with data engineering to ensure releases are backed by current data feeds and mappings.
