Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Odessa, TX is seeking a Tank Mechanic to ensure proper workmanship in ISO tanks and related equipment. You will assist Large Format coworkers and the shop supervisor in a structured, safety-minded environment.

Duties include lifting and yard mule operation, movement of ISO containers, daily equipment checks, and general maintenance. Requires heavy forklift and yard mule experience; prior tank experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior heavy forklift and yard mule experience required.
• Tank experience is a plus.
• Welding ability or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prep parts according to work orders.
• Install parts onto ISO Tank according to drawings.
• Repair tanks according to off-lease estimate.
• Perform periodic testing of ISO tank.
• Work with third party inspectors.
• General maintenance of ISO tanks, chassis, and shop.
• Operate equipment (forklift, pressure washer, air compressor).
• Work at heights (8ft+).
• Welding components to tanks and chassis per drawings.
