Adecco Staffing is working with a leading manufacturing company in Devens, MA to hire an experienced Quality Systems Engineer on a direct hire basis. This role focuses on maintaining and improving the QMS to ensure ISO compliance and regulatory alignment.

You will lead internal audits, manage document control, CAPA, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams. The position offers a 1st shift schedule, competitive salary of $80,000-$105,000, and generous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality-related field.
• Experience with ISO-compliant QMS and regulatory requirements.
• Strong documentation and quality process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the site’s Quality Management System to ensure ISO compliance.
• Manage QMS documentation including control, manuals and process maps.
• Plan, lead, and conduct internal quality audits across departments.
• Prepare for ISO certification and customer audits.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and CAPA activities.
• Develop training on QMS processes and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
