Job summary

On-Board Services is seeking a Quality Control Laboratory Technician for a 6 month contract in Wilmington, DE. The role focuses on maintaining the Quality Management System, supporting ISO, EXCiPACT, and FSSC 22000 compliance, and ensuring product quality across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.

The candidate will perform calibration verifications, support investigations, and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a regulated lab environment.
• 2+ years of laboratory experience in a regulated industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of cGMP and cGLP and lab safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System and ensure alignment with ISO, EXCiPACT, FSSC 22000 standards.
• Prepare laboratory batches for new and existing products as needed.
• Perform calibration verifications on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Support investigations of complaints and out-of-spec results.
• Maintain accurate documentation and proper labeling of samples, reagents, and equipment.
• Operate laboratory software systems such as LIMS as an end user.
