RealTruck in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Quality Technician to inspect materials and finished products to ensure safety and quality per ISO/IATF standards. You will perform in-process checks, document results, and support PPAP/dimensional layouts and calibration activities.

You will work with engineering, production, purchasing, and suppliers to monitor processes, identify trends, and maintain quality data using SPC tools and Minitab or equivalent software. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in a quality or manufacturing role preferred.
• 2+ years ISO and/or IATF experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Issue in-process check sheets for OEM and aftermarket programs.
• Conduct 2-hour process monitoring, collect data, and maintain runs charts.
• Report trends, shifts, and data variations to QA management.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process, and final products for quality.
• Monitor testing procedures and document results in software.
• Perform data control per ISO/IATF standards and audits.
• Support PPAP packages with dimensional layouts and IMDS inputs.
