A leading inspection technology company is seeking an ISO-9712 Level II Technician in Houston, TX. You will perform various nondestructive testing methods, including radiography and ultrasonic testing. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and must be ISO-9712 Level II certified. This contract position requires high attention to detail and the ability to comply with safety standards.

Formación

Position Summary

ISO-9712 Level II Technician (Contract) – On-site Houston, TX

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT methods: RT, UT, MT, and PT
• Set up, calibrate, and operate testing equipment
• Interpret and evaluate test results to various codes and standards
• Document findings per ISO and company standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain safety and quality compliance

Qualifications

• ISO-9712 Level II certification (required)
• Proficiency in Radiographic Techniques
• Strong experience in UT, MT, and PT methods
• Familiarity with Positive Material Identification (PMI) and AWS CWI services
• Solid understanding of industry standards and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
