Job summary

Beyond SOF is seeking an Identity Signature Management (ISM) Technician in Tampa, FL to support Theater Special Operations Forces. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and involves ISM augmentation to government staff, leveraging wide-ranging ISM knowledge for worldwide operations.

Responsibilities include establishing liaison contacts, developing ISM plans and annexes, delivering multiple assessments annually, and ensuring compliance through due diligence and SOP reviews.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph may be required.
• Three or more years of experience working in Signature Reduction.
• Three or more years of experience working with Special Operations Forces.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and maintain liaison contacts and communications within DoD Program channels for coordination.
• Establish and implement processes for ISM development and sponsorship mechanisms and systems support.
• Create, coordinate, implement and execute plans, annexes and associated documentation to support ISM programs.
• Deliver up to four plans or assessments per contract year in support of client efforts.
• Conduct due diligence assessments and compliance reviews (audits and inventories).
• Draft and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Familiarity with Joint Community processes and C2 structures.
• Report significant events or incidents.
