Job summary

Tommy Bahama in Sarasota is seeking hospitality professionals to join our Food & Beverage team. You will help bring the island spirit to life by making every guest feel at home and delivering warm, attentive service.

Knowledge of menus, beer, wine and spirits, plus the ability to verify IDs for alcohol service, is required. You will maintain stock levels, handle inventory, and keep the dining area clean, safe and welcoming for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, guest-focused service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and basic preparation methods.
• Ability to verify government-issued IDs for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Bring the island spirit to life by making every guest feel at home.
• Possess complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including ingredients and presentation, and knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Verify IDs for alcohol service as required by law.
• Maintain stock levels for perishables and spirits and assist with inventory control.
