Tommy Bahama is seeking an Island Guide to welcome guests and help them find merchandise in our Tampa-area store, delivering world-class service and ensuring a relaxed, island-inspired shopping experience.

You will share current product knowledge, promote brand programs, and support store goals while collaborating with your team to exceed guest expectations. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• You have 2+ years of Guest and Sales experience.
• You have a “get things done” mindset.
• You are a natural collaborator and are able to identify opportunities and take initiative.
• You have a High School diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs.
• Share current product knowledge and provide prompt recommendations and professional service.
• Inform guests about current marketing programs and upcoming events to enhance their shopping experience.
• Participate in store-related meetings and work with the team to exceed sales and service goals.
