Qualifications

• 2+ years of Retail, with exposure to Retail Merchandising and Visual Concepts
• Experience supervising a team in a management capacity
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Get things done mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a variety of styles
• Natural collaborator and able to identify opportunities and take initiative
• Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve goals and provide world-class service.
• Coach and develop staff, drive visual standards and merchandising.
• Hire and onboard teammates and foster collaboration across departments.
