Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality experience.
• 3+ years of restaurant management/leadership.
• Current food handler’s card and relevant certifications as required.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, ingredients, and presentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to convey operational information.
• Comfort with using a computer, Windows, Microsoft Office, POS, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor restaurant team; hire and develop talent aligned with Tommy Bahama values.
• Develop and streamline restaurant processes in partnership with the GM.
• Create training programs to promote sales, service, and internal growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and retail for community opportunities and events.
• Maintain culture and drive retention; ensure policy execution and brand standards.
