Qualifications

• All requirements for Sales Associate PLUS 1 year sales associate experience with Tommy Bahama demonstrating consistent and above average sales performance.
• No performance write ups in at least 12 months.
• Must be in the Top 5% of sales.
• Must have sold a minimum of $250k during a fiscal year.
• Basic math skills / Cash handling

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellence in sales, merchandising and customer care standards.
• Achieves or exceeds personal sales goals and productivity targets, following all loss prevention policies.
• Provides prompt, respectful, and attentive guest service and builds guest relationships.
• Accurately and efficiently processes guest purchases and returns at POS with proper banking procedures.
