Job summary

Tommy Bahama in Sunrise, FL, Sawgrass Mills is seeking a part-time Bartender to bring the island spirit to guests and manage beverage service. You will know the menus inside out, verify IDs, and keep bar stock up-to-date while maintaining a clean, professional environment.

Ideal candidates will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of shifts, with shifts scheduled by business needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, ingredients, preparation and presentation.
• Ability to verify government IDs for alcohol service as required by law.
• Able to maintain stock levels and inventory of perishables and spirits.

Responsibilities
