Job summary

Tommy Bahama is looking for team members to join in our island-inspired hospitality concept. You’ll collaborate with peers to deliver sales and service excellence, while using full knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and presentation.

You will handle cash and operate the POS, and keep a clean, safe environment for guests and staff. Our benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, and team member discounts, with real opportunities for career growth as our concepts

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 550 pounds frequently.
• Stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Safely maneuvering kitchen tools and equipment as needed.
• Excellent cash handling and POS operation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a professional team environment that promotes sales and service success.
• Possess complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus – including ingredients, preparation methods and presentation.
• Practice proper cash handling and proper operation of the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment for all team members and guests.
