Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Strong understanding of IDEA and IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Provide behavioral consultation and support within school settings.
• Supervise and support RBTs and school staff using evidence-based practices.
