Job summary

The Island Host at The Club at Kukui'ula is a dynamic role focused on meeting concierge needs for members and guests on-property. You will coordinate pre-arrival experiences with our lodge partner and act as the on-site expert for club operations and Kauai knowledge.

Beyond guest services, the position supports lodging operations and assists with club programming and events as required, collaborating across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a concierge or guest services representative.
Knowledge of member/guest facing operations and lodging operation.
Deep knowledge of the island of Kauai.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficient in managing club operating systems.
Flexible to cover various areas of club operation and events.

Responsibilities

Island Host position at The Club at Kukui'ula

The Island Host position at The Club at Kukui'ula is a dynamic role, primarily responsible for addressing the on-property concierge needs of our members and guests. This involves maintaining effective communication with our lodge partner to coordinate the pre-arrival experience for inbound guests. The Island Host is considered an on-property expert, well-versed in the club's member/guest facing operations, lodging operation, and the island of Kauai. The role is diverse, covering various areas of club operation as required and assisting in club programming and events when needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a concierge or guest services representative.
Comprehensive understanding of club member/guest facing operations and lodging operation.
In-depth knowledge of the island of Kauai.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficient in managing club operating systems.
Flexibility to cover various areas of the club operation and assist in club programming and events when needed.

Requirements

Passionate about customer service.
Team-oriented with the ability to work in coordination with many different departments at the club.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, dependent upon the needs of the club operation.

Salary Range

$26.35 to $31.00 USD hourly.
