*Description*
This Healthcare entity is undergoing a comprehensive refresh of all network equipment. The selected candidate will support this initiative, reporting to the Wireless Engineering team and manager. The role involves supporting the F5 Integration to ISE as part of the ISE optimization project. Key responsibilities include:
The engineer should have experience with F5 Load Balancing, including hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM, iRules, SSL offloading, persistence profiles, and health monitoring. Support for F5 load balancing for RADIUS and TACACS+ is required, along with an understanding of F5 HA and traffic management. The candidate should have solid experience deploying and managing Cisco ISE clusters with load balancing, configuring F5 LTM for RADIUS/TACACS+ and session persistence, troubleshooting authentication failures, load balancing issues, and failover scenarios. Familiarity with syslogs, packet captures, and debugging tools such as Wireshark, F5 logs, and Cisco ISE logs is essential.
