Job summary

Axiom Talent Platform is seeking an ISDA Negotiator to join our bench and support global clients in the banking and financial services sector. The role focuses on negotiating ISDA Master agreements and related documents, with a strong emphasis on analytic assessment and risk mitigation.

You will work within a team, manage a portfolio of live matters, and build productive relationships with stakeholders and relationship managers. Remote, onsite or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with derivatives documentation and negotiation.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate ISDA Master agreements.
• In-house experience in financial services is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ISDA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate ISDA and related documents (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, etc.).
• Analyze and resolve technicalities arising in negotiations.
• Work within a team to progress a portfolio of live matters.
• Build productive relationships with stakeholders and relationship managers.

Currently, we’re hiring a ISDA Negotiator to join our bench and support global clients in the banking and financial services sector:

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience on derivatives documentation and/ or negotiation
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate ISDA Master agreements is advantageous
• Exposure gained in house within financial services would be an added benefit though not essential
• Solid knowledge of principles, practices and procedures in relation to ISDA related negotiation & execution
• Excellent academic credentials along with a strong investigative and analytical mindset

The responsibilities for this role will include:

• Negotiation of a range of relevant documents including ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, or other relevant documents
• Analysis and resolution of technicalities arising in the course of negotiations
• Operating successfully within a team setting to progress a portfolio of live matters
• Building productive relationships with key stakeholders and relationship managers
• Creating an open and progressive environment, while recognizing the varying needs of a diverse team in terms of experience, background and seniority
