Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC is seeking a dedicated School Bus Route Driver to transport passengers along designated routes with emphasis on safety and quality customer service.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, assist riders including children and those with disabilities, and maintain accurate route records while communicating with dispatch. Training provided, and a supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• School bus driving experience preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical understanding for pre-trip inspections.
• Clear English communication; multilingual a plus.
• Ability to write reports and maintain records.
• Childcare or work with children is an advantage.

## Job Overview ISD 550 Underwood, MNWe are seeking a dedicated and responsible Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers along designated routes while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, some mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with diverse populations, including children and individuals with special needs.
